You can see it from across the kitchen, the weight your spouse is carrying in their shoulders, and you want to help. Start here: nobody's words land deeper in that soul than yours, for building or for wrecking. When Paul says "edify one another," he's using a construction word. Your encouragement builds real structure in the person you married. So build on purpose today, and trade the generic "you've got this" for the witness only you can give. I've watched you carry this. I'd choose you again this morning. Then add the strongest beam there is, and pray for them out loud, by name, about the exact thing pressing down. A spouse who hears themselves prayed for learns they aren't carrying it alone, on earth or in heaven.
