When It's Hard · Fear & Worry

Financial Fear

For when you feel: money stress, bills, provision, can't make ends meet

Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? ... But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.
Matthew 6:26, 33 · BSB

The bills are on the table and the math will not come out right, no matter how many times you run it. Jesus meets that fear without shaming it. "Behold the fowls of the air," He says, because the Father has a long track record; every sparrow fed this morning was fed by Him. Then comes the strategy no budget app offers: "seek ye first the kingdom of God." You will still work, still plan, still call the bank. But when the Kingdom comes first, provision becomes God's department and faithfulness becomes yours. You were never meant to be your own last line of defense. Your Father already knows what you need, and He has been feeding His creatures since the beginning.
